i downloaded agent on one machine but when i changed my machine i deleted privious agent and
i try to download agent in AE on new machine and when i click on download it shows download is started but it dosnt download anything

This could be network issue. T3 server is going through some network maintenance. Are you getting loading animation after clicking on Download? If yes, give it it’s time, it will get downloaded
