Hi!

  1. Please refer minimum requirement for Cherwell 10.x & above and install the supported version of the SQL server.

  4. Suggested to upgrade the minimum system requirements for Cherwell 10.x to resolve the issue.
  5. Also, Check the output of the Swagger API URL /CherwellAPI/api/V1/getsearchresults –
