Directories/files still being reportes at server level

We had developed some WF with supporting files and directories to be uploaded to the server. But as we optimized the WF, these supporting files/directories were then removed from the processes but when checking the WF on the server, these items are still being reported as being present.
Uploading in PS these WF or reviewing the files at the agent storage directory, the supporting files/directory are not present.
So, this is maybe to consider an update for the server to remove these when not being used/required anymore. Just some “cosmetic” changes, because it has no impact on normal operation.
This is on the T3 server.

Agent storage files are temporary files. All intermediate files used as files during execution are removed upon execution completion.
The Agent can store the output files to the AE server if you check the ‘Add Filename to Result’ checkbox in the output step configuration.

All that I know but what I mean is that the information presented when checking the data on the server, it displays directories and files that are not being uploaded anymore for quite some time.
For example. Archivos_Apoyo and subdirectories and files do not exist anymore in the project.

It usually goes away after you publish–>update the project.
