How to achieve the formatting of the email body in PS.
Like how to add colours to the certain text, make the text bold, change the text format.

You can use HTML tags in Mail step >> ‘Email Message’ tab >> ‘Comment’ field.
Do check the “Use HTML format in mail body?” checkbox.
