Please share the logs from you process-studio>> logs folder.
Path: Your drive\process-studio\logs

Hello @Pranavi_Dawkare,

Please follow the below solution for your issue:

  • Create a new user on the portal

  • Assign license to the new user

  • Download and extract new process studio in a different drive

  • Log in to process studio with new credentials.
