One way to solve this, Please go through below steps:

Click on Start from desktop and search for Google Chrome.

Right Click on it → Select Open file location
Set –disable-features=RendererCodeIntegrity property in Chrome properties as below:
Apply this change for all the user as shown in below screenshot

Go to Compatibility tab
-
Change settings for all users → Run this program in compatibility mode
