Google sheets append row step

I am trying to enter data in the google sheet but unfortunately its not entering the data

This is the workflow I have created I am able to successfully create a spreadsheet then a sheets inside it and it is also reading data from the excel file that I uploaded on my google Drive but now when I am trying to enter same data into the newly created sheet its not happening

Please share the error shown in logging tab of PS also please check if your giving correct spreadsheet to Append Row plugin step.
