How to reply the same mail using Mail plugin in Process Studio. Just one step and automating the reply done! You need to mention the subject name in mail plugin like RE: <your_mail_subject> to reply to the same mail. [Mail reply] Note: Here RE: is hardcoded keyword which is common every time you are replying to any mail. Attached is the workflow for your reference. Please provide correct email address to the field “Destination address” from Addresses tab in Mail Step.

For ex. abc@gmail.com

As per workflow, you have provided name in that field.
