Not able to send mail in workspace process studio

Hii there,
When I was processing runtime parameters in the process studio.
My mail was unable to send, it was showing an error while running the process and
the error was like #badcredntials #username and password not accepted.
and there was also an authentication error.

Hi Shivani,
Welcome to AE Community. The error which you are getting means that your credentials are not correct. Check if you are passing the correct credentials and since you are using params, please ensure that the values are getting substituted correctly.

Hello there,

You can see the screenshot I have shared with you.

By default that reset settings screen is opening whenever I open the GUI Spy
on my laptop.
