Not showing plugins

Hi Nikhil.
Is this the first-time initiating Process Studio or did plugin disappear after having them available?
Maybe reinitiating Process Studio the plugins appear. Sometimes it seems PS does a timeout downloading plugins and restarting, will finalize the download.

A pop up comes out, that says " Your License is invalid for using web spy tool"
What should I do now I have to complete my training classes.
