Plugin missing error in Process Studio


My Process Studio showing plugin missing error while opening the workflow.

Please suggest the resolution.


Please follow the below steps:

  • Open process-studio application
  • Go to the Tools option and then click on sync plugins
  • Provide the username and password in the AutomationEdge connection details window and click Connect .
  • Now try to open the .psw file in process-studio and check.

If the issue still persists after following the above steps, please follow the below solution:

  • Close the process-studio application
  • Go to the process-studio directory
  • Delete psplugins and .process-studio folders from process-studio directory
  • Run the process-studio.bat file from the process-studio directory
  • Provide the Automationedge server URL, username, and password and click on connect.
