Outlook Settings

Hello All,

I am very new to Automation Edge. I have a process i which I need to Read mails and send mails from Outlook. I have taken Office 365 plugin to read and send mails but don’t know how to configure it? Where to find client ID, Client secret, Tenant ID, Refresh Token??

To setup office365 email connectivity, you must do this through the “entra” site of Microsoft.

This site manages all credentials of users, API, role management, etc.

It is a learning experience as it is not that easy at first as it requires to execute multiple steps.

The other way to connect with email systems is through MAPI. Much easier to setup but limited to reading and sending emails. With office365 plugins you can do a lot more.
