Problem to integrate WEB GUI with AE

Hi,
I am trying to integrate WEB GUI workflow with Automation Edge but status of request is new/Execution started mode.
What is the problem ?

Hi Shruti,

When your agent is not in running state then it shows status as ‘new’.

As @komal rightly mentioned, if the workflow agent is not running then it will remain in new state. However, if it is stuck in execution started stage, there may be a problem in the workflow.
