Process Studio is already registered

Hi @Sidddiqui,

It seems that Process Studio which you are trying to open here is already registered at different location. Kindly deregister and try again.

I am facing the same problem. After my license expired. I deleted process studio, updated my license and downloaded again. But when I give credentials it says the user is already registered.

Deregistering the license process, if not done through the Process Studio but through AE server, requires some wait time.
After midnight IST, you will be able to register again. If deregistered from Process Studio, to move from one station to another station, can be done same day.
