Process Studio Login Failure

When I fill the credentials and hit ‘connect’ button, it shows pop up as ‘Unable to connect Automation Edge’ .
It’s not a network issue because rest all web applications are working fine.

I have found issues connecting agents and PS, which is a different kind of agent, to the server if the company has a balancing configuration setup in the firewall with multiple connections to the internet.
Haven’t found a balancing setup that works but to assure that the connection is going through just one channel.
