Publish Workflow - Goes to update Process Studio, not publishes workflow to server

Selecting - File->Publish->Create->
Asks For tenant password to connect
Then it gives message to update Process Studio

Clicking on Ok or Close.
It updates PS and closes the window.
Nothing happens and workflow not published as well.

Go to tools then click on sync plugin & then try to publish workflow.
