What is the significance of the “Retry count” property in the “Start Browser” step from the WebGUI plugin?

User can set retry count number and that will be globally used in all
steps of WEBGUI for retrying on error. Whenever the execution of
WEBGUI step ends up with an error it will retry execution number of
time specified in start browser.
