when using screen captures, which we use in most of our WFs, when 2 sessions of RDP with 2 or more agents are initiated simultaneously, 1 or more will fail with error:
Could not find active RDP session within specified time
We have a process that initiates about 30 WFs simultaneously through API all requiring RDP sessions. First 2 sessions, one will always fail.
Wouldn’t like to setup separate controllers for each agent for this purpose because more Windows CALS would be required.
We expect in the near future to enable more agents and more workflows to be executed through RDP.
