Black screen capture in RDP/GUI WF

Hi.
we have an issue with full screen capture that it returns black screen on some WF. Not even the desktop is captured.
Any hints on how to avoid that behavior?

WF is executing in RDP mode and working with GUI plugins.
Hope there is a solution for this.

Hello Willem,

Do you have you all the pre-requisites for RDP? Can you please add delay and try as sometimes RDP machine take time

The process executes about 2 minutes and only when there are issues reported interacting with webpage, we capture the screen so we can analyze what happened or leave evidence for the end user.
Capture works 95% of the time.
Can you provide the prerequisites for RDP? Maybe there are some settings that I skipped.

Have tried same, after adding delay it is giving expected output.
