Unable to configure SMTP on On-Demand portal

Problem Statement:

Unable to configure SMTP on OnDemand portal

Solution:

  • When trying to configure the SMTP details on the OnDemand portal, the test connection shows successful result but while saving changes it shows an error - " SMTP configuration details already configured for this [Your_TenantName] tenant ".

  • This is a known issue on On-Demand instance. This will be fixed in the next release.

  • Please submit a ticket to support@automationedge.com along with Tenant_Name and the screenshot of the error. The support team will help you to fix this issue.
