Unable to configure SMTP on OnDemand portal
When trying to configure the SMTP details on the OnDemand portal, the test connection shows successful result but while saving changes it shows an error - " SMTP configuration details already configured for this [Your_TenantName] tenant ".
This is a known issue on On-Demand instance. This will be fixed in the next release.
Please submit a ticket to email@example.com along with Tenant_Name and the screenshot of the error. The support team will help you to fix this issue.
