Unable to configure SMTP on the OnDemand portal


I am unable to configure SMTP on the OnDemand portal. Please help with the SMTP configuration.

Please follow the below steps:

  • When trying to configure the SMTP details on the OnDemand portal, the test connection shows successful results but while saving changes it shows an error - “SMTP configuration details already configured for this [Your_TenantName] tenant”.

  • This was a known issue on On-Demand instance.

  • Please submit a ticket to support@automationedge.com along with Tenant_Name and the screenshot of the error. The support team will help you to fix this issue.
