Unable to run Agent

Hi All,

I am facing issue to run Agent.
I have the trial license for 2 agents and I run it on two different machines. Then stop the agent from one Machine and delete it. Then I download agent again and try to run it on the same machine, it gives “invalid license error, contact your administrator”.

If Agent is stopped then why it is still holding license info. This license should be available to another agent if I start a new agent.

In the old AutomationEdge versions if you have registered the agent once, it gets consumed for that day and you will not able to run the new agent for that day. You can register the new agent on next day.

In the latest AE release, you will not face this issue. As soon as you delete the agent from the AE server, you can register the new agent at a same time.
