What is the use of Add value field changing sequence plugin?

Add value fields changing sequence is a step in the Transformation Plugin for Process Studio Workflows.
This step generates a sequence based on Start at and Increment by values.
The sequence resets each time a value changes in any of the specified fields in the list.
