When to use Web Alert and Modified Java Alert

When to use Web Alert and Modified Java Alert.

I believe the Web Alert step gives the functionality alerts in GUI automation. You can performs the operations- Accept, Dismiss, Set Value and Get Value. The Modified Java Script step only displays a value.
