Database connection issue

Dear Automation edge Team,

I am unable to connect Table Input to the MYSQL Server I have already paste JDBC file of MYSQL in Automation edge Lib folder and I am using right connections and use right User ID and Password and I have also deregistered the Process Studio still it is not working Please Guide me regarding this.
