Desktop spy not working on licence type Development

Hi, I’m trying to activate windows spy function but it says I need to upgrade my desktop plugins, but they are up to date… I even followed the procedure to make it work properly which I found in one of you manuals.

Is it not available on this type of license?

Hi Acano,

Could you please delete the .process studio folder from process studio folder and try to sync plugins again?
Desktop spy will work on Trial/Dev/Prod licenses.
