Error in Execute Python Script Step

Hi,

When I try to run python script step (Simple script only) it is showing java.lang.NullPointerException. but if I run the same WF from AE portal through Agent, it’s working.

And I am unable to run python script in any other workflows also.

Could you please help me in solving this?

I am getting the same for all “python script step”
And, Now I am not able to run any workflows having Python script from both process studio and AE Portal… Please help here to sort this issue out.

The workflow is working in our environment. Please update the AE version to 5.6.x or above. Attached are the screenshots for your reference.
