If we not mentioned any IP address in IPWhiteListning, then what will be the default behavior?

Agents IP whitelisting allow Agents only from a certain set of IP Address to talk to AE Server. This
feature is available at Tenant level (the default behavior allows Agents from any IP Address to talk to
AE).
