Showing Message on Workflow Assignment Tab- No workflows are configured

Hi All,

I am getting below error while Workflow Assignment

Either no workflows are configured or no workflows are in active state

Please suggest.

Hi Priyanka,

Before doing workflow assignment to the Agent, we need to configure the Agent and after that need to assign workflows to agent.

Please follow below steps to configure agent and assign workflow to Agent-

Solution:-

  1. Register Agent by executing startup.bat

  2. Check Agent Status whether agent is in running state

  3. Assign Workflows to Agent

4.workflows will be visible under Workflow Assignment Tab

Please let me know whether your issue got resolved by implementing above steps.
