Use of New "Mail Merge" plugin

Has anyone used the “(B) Mail Merge” plugin that is available with 5.5.0?
I tried to set it up but could not find the fields in the DOCX document.
Fields in the DOCX file where created with CTRL + f9: {Name}.

What I am trying to do is to generate a personalized format to send through an HTML mail message. Is my approach the right way to go or should I look somewhere else?

Any idea what I am missing here?

Hi @wllmdjngh this is how you should use variables from the process to be used within Mail Merge at the word document.
each of those have to be a variable in the process
