I have Deregistered Automationedge Process Studio from User Interface, but now I m not able register it again.

When you deregister Process Studio from the Server UI, the deregistration does not take effect immediately. It will be applied during the nightly job. You can try registering Process Studio again the next day, and it should register successfully.
If you want the deregistration to happen immediately, you can use the Deregister button available directly in Process Studio.
