In the Download File or Folder step, if I specify No in the ‘Delete Output Folder Contents Before Downloading’ field will it skip if any same name file/folder exists?

If a duplicate filename exists, the behaviour of this step is to overwrite the file. In the ‘File Overwritten?’ field, it returns Yes if file is overwritten else No.
