Error while opening process-studio-5.4.1

Error: Process-studio license is not registered to the user, “USERNAME”

Solution:

From AutomationEdge 5.4.1 onwards, to use process-studio you have to first assign the process-studio license to the specific user and use the same user credentials to login process-studio.

Please follow the below steps for assigning the license:

  • First login to your AutomationEdge server portal with your Tenant-Admin credentials
  • Go to the process-studio section of AEUI and assign the license to a specific user
  • Now use the same user credentials to log in to process-studio. It will resolve your issue.
