How can I connect AE with my Cherwell ITSM instance? Is there a documentation about it?

There are two approaches for this depending on your requirement.
- Cherwell specific Ready plugins which allow you talk with your Cherwell instance for typical CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations. Scenarios like ticket creation, updating of ticket, etc. can be covered using this mechanism.
- Other scenario is where you want to pass on your service requests from Cherwell to AE for execution/fulfilment, in which case, we have an integration component to help you in this case. This integration component helps you to map your service requests to AutomationEdge Workflows and then further AE Administration in Cherwell.
