Error while agent Registering: Already registerd with same user

I am facing issue while registering agent on T3. It shows agent already registered with same user.

create one new system user with all the
permissions, log in to your system with that new user, log in to the t3 portal, download the new agent on your new system user, extract it in any folder location, and try to run it.

If you want to keep the same user access, you must first unregister PS from the user at AE Server and after midnight IST time, you may register again.
